Orders


  • The interface displays a comprehensive list of all orders, categorized across three distinct tabs. 

    • Parked 

    • Failed

    • Completed 


  • Parked order: Parked Orders represent orders that the current customer has chosen not to place immediately but intends to revisit and complete later. This feature allows customers to temporarily set aside items with the option to finalize their purchase at a later time.

  • Clicking on the “Park” link showing in the cart, will move the order to the park orders tab. 

  • If User wants to move the parked order to the cart ,Clicking on the order shown in the  “Parked Orders tab"  will move the order to the cart.

  • Clicking on the delete icon will delete the park order.


  • Failed orders: Failed orders are the orders through which card payment has been failed. 

  • Completed Orders: “Completed Orders" are those that have been successfully placed. Detailed information about each completed order is available for review, providing customers with a comprehensive summary of their purchase.


  • From the summary of the order , user can file a return for a complete order /single item/multiple items.


  • For completed orders, there is an option to resend an invoice on customer’s email as well as reprint the invoice.



  • Search Order by Name/Phone number: It allows POS user to Search the Order by Customer’s name and phone number.


Return Order/Item


  • Orders listed in the "Completed Orders" tab are eligible for return

  • By default the return order button is active. Clicking on the checkbox of an item will activate the return item button.

  • If the user wants to return the whole order, it will be done through the return order button. 

  • If the user wants to return the multiple items or single item it will be done through the return item button.

  • After the return is successfully done, a message appears “ Order returned successfully "with the return amount shown.




  • After the return is successfully done, Returned label is displayed on the Order card. Please check the below screenshot.


  • On successful Return Credit note will be sent to customer’s email address.

  • Note: Return will work only once.
